What are company resources?

Company resources include physical and intangible assets. Physical assets include items such as materials, supplies, computers and equipment; while intangible assets include information, brand protection, employee time and talents, confidential information and other intellectual property.

What is expected of you?

  • Act appropriately and responsibly with company resources, including your own time and the time of others.
  • Never use, take, or permit others to use or take, company property and resources, including information contained in electronic format, on portable memory devices and on other electronic storage devices, for personal or non-company purposes whether at the office (in or out of working hours), or at any other location.
  • Properly store all confidential information when not in use.
