To end the year on a note of gratitude, this holiday season Rogers has invited all its employees around the world to participate in a new campaign: A World Full of Thanks at Rogers.

This campaign encourages employees to spread messages of thanks and gratitude by sharing images of what they are thankful for. Whether it be at home or at work, big or small, we believe all gratitude is worth sharing and celebrating with colleagues.

As part of this campaign, employees have the opportunity to submit photos taken anywhere in the world and see them shared on Rogers’ internal communications channels, which are accessible to all of our more than 3,000 global employees.

Some examples of gratitude employees have shared in the campaign include:

  • Celebrating cultural holiday traditions
  • Spending time with family and friends
  • Enjoying unique hobbies
  • Relaxing and traveling
  • Playing with pets
  • Working with talented colleagues and teams

World Full of Thanks at Rogers

In addition to sharing gratitude for the people, places, pets and things in our lives, the World Full of Thanks at Rogers campaign encourages employees to recognize their colleagues for their time, effort and support given throughout the year.

Employees are highly encouraged to submit “Thank You Awards” through our internal channels, which are official statements of gratitude for a job well done. Thank You Awards not only offer well-deserved recognition for employees who show commitment to their roles and teams while on the job, but the awards also have the potential to result in monetary compensation to reflect the impact of their above-and-beyond actions.

Employees at any level are eligible to give or receive a Thank You Award. In past years, Rogers employees have submitted more than 2,000 awards annually to show gratitude for the hard work of their colleagues.
