PORON® SlimGrip Foam

PORON SlimGrip foam is Rogers Corporation’s softest material, able to fill extremely thin design requirements ensuring no gap filling is overlooked. Despite its thin size, PORON SlimGrip foam maintains excellent rebound properties and has no incompressible layers.

• Thickness of .5mm (.02 in.) with tight tolerance ± .10mm (.004in.)
• Density of 104 kg/m³ (16 lb/ft³)
• Typical compression force deflection of 2.55 kPa (.37 psi)

Features for PORON SlimGrip Plus foam

• Thickness of .35mm (.014 in.) to .51 mm (.020 in.) with a tolerance of +15 / -20 to ± 2
• Density of 104 kg/m³ (16 lb/ft³)
• Typical compression force deflection of 1.38 to 5.85 kPa (.2 to .85 psi)
