Cellular Silicone Foams
  • UL94 V-0 and HF1 certification rated for flame resistance 
  • Wide compression force range 
  • Low compression set under high temperatures
  • Temperature range from -55°C to + 200°C (-65°F to +400°F)
Specialty Cellular Foams
  • Cellular foams cast onto high performance substrates
  • Capable of heat reflection and direct contact with heat source
Sponge Silicones
  • Meet BMS 1-23 and BMS 1-60 specifications
  • General purpose, durable materials for tough environments
Solid Silicones
  • Grades suitable for acoustic barriers
  • Available durometer range of 10 to 70
  • Electrically conductive

  • Typical density of 10 PCF
  • CFD of 2.5 PSI maximum
  • Ideal for transportation applications and areas where low closure force and dust sealing are critical

BF-1000 Very Soft Silicone Foam

  • High compressibility, softness and durability
  • Typical Density of 12 PCF
  • CFD range 1-5 PSI

EC2265 Electrically Conductive

Solid Silicone
  • Solid, carbon filled
  • Durometer of Shore A 65 ± 5
  • Electrical Conductivity at 5 ohm-cm

RS-800 Series Flame Resistant

Sponge Silicone
  • Available thickness: 0.063" - 0.750" (1.6 - 20 mm)
  • Rated for constant use up to 205°C (401°F)
  • Rated for low temperature embrittlement point of -55°C (-67°F)

HT-870 Soft Silicone Foam

Cellular Silicone Foam
  • Firmer, denser version of BF-1000 Extra-Soft Silicone Foam
  • Typical density of 15 PCF
  • CFD range 2-7 PSI

HT-800 Medium Silicone Foam

Cellular Silicone Foam
  • Versatile, medium firmness cellular silicone foam with the enhanced sealing capabilities of sponge rubber
  • Typical density of 22 PCF
  • CFD range 6-14 PSI

HT-820 Firm Silicone Foam

Cellular Silicone Foam
  • Firm grade cellular silicone foam with the enhanced sealing capabilities of sponge rubber
  • Offers higher tear and tensile strength than lighter grade BISCO® foams
  • Typical density of 24 PCF
  • CFD range of 12-20 PSI

HT-840 Extra-Firm Silicone Foam

Cellular Silicone Foam
  • Very firm grade cellular silicone foam with the enhanced sealing capabilities of sponge rubber
  • Offers higher tear and tensile strength than lighter grade BISCO® foams
  • Typical density of 28 PCF
  • CFD range of 16-26 PSI

MF1® Bun Silicone

Cellular Silicone Foam
  • Lightweight cellular silicone foams cast into block form up to 8" thick
  • Designed for a wide range of cushioning applications
  • Features exceptional FST (flame, smoke, toxicity) resistance, superior weather and UV resistance, and low compression set

MS Medical & Life Science Series

Cellular Silicone Foam, Solid Silicone

IF-200 Tear Resistant Foam

Specialty Cellular Foam

RF-120 Silicone Heat Shield
